This includes using your data to run an LLM on it to check for clear titles for purchase and conducting land and layout analysis for property documents using OpenAI's enterprise API and a multi-modal approach. Legal Byte will keep your data confidential and will only share it with third-party service providers for the purpose of processing our services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your data as necessary to perform services on our behalf and nothing beyond.

Use of LLMs

Legal Byte uses LLMs to analyze the property documents that you upload to the platform. LLMs are powerful tools, and they are constantly trained and may not be able to accurately identify all potential title issues. Legal Byte is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the results of the LLM analysis. The LLM analysis is intended to be a tool to help you identify potential title issues, but it should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal advice from a qualified attorney. Our AI model incorporates a blend of supervised and reinforcement learning methods to refine accuracy and efficiency.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Legal Byte website and application in a responsible and respectful manner. This includes agreeing to the following:

• Order processing typically occurs within a few minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours for your access to be fully activated.

Access to Services:

• Legal Byte is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Upon successful payment,  you will typically receive immediate access to the services you have purchased.
• You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your account and utilize the purchased services.

Shipping Costs

Digital Product Delivery:

• All  services are delivered digitally and are available immediately upon successful order processing and payment confirmation.

Eligibility:

• The refund request must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.
• The product or service must have been purchased through Lexipro Solutions Private Limited.
• The product should not have been used, meaning no folders created or documents uploaded for due diligence checks. Account registration is not considered product usage.

Refund Process:

• Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Amount:

• Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, minus any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
• A  cancellation fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Indian Rupee One Thousand) will be deducted as processing fee.

Refund Timeline:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Limitation of Liability
